The East Palestine Alumni Association sponsors several fundraisers each year. The annual Duck Derby is held on the 4th of July at the City Park entrance at 4:00 p.m. In the Spring of each year the Association sponsors a Turkey and Roast Beef Dinner. The annual Rose Sale is held in September. The Annual Golf Outing is held each 4th of July weekend. The Association has also received generous donations from past graduates and friends of East Palestine High School.
